Go to http://earthclinic.com and do some reading on mange and there are home remediies there that begin to work with the first bath. You need to deal with this fast cuz its way out of control almaost overnight! Good luck!

Sometimes dogs get 'hot spots' - it starts as a heat rash and then they bite and chew and lick the spot and the hair falls out and it looks very red and sore... there could be a more serious problem, mange, but that doesnt happen overnight.

Could it be fleas? Even one flea can cause serious allergic reactions in some dogs. If not, it could be something simple like a bacterial infection or something yucky like mange. Take your dog to the vet in the morning. He/She probably needs some antibiotics or maybe flea medications.

Good luck
