whenever i get hot or i laugh hard my cheeks get really really hot and go BRIGHT red. It's really embarrassing, is there any sort of lotion i can put on them or something like that to make them not go red? Everyday I stress about it and its so embarrassing when people ask if i have a sun burn or jsut ask whats wrong. If you have any kind of solution i will be very grateful.
Thanks so much

Eucerin makes a facial line that is called redness relief. Maybe you should try something like that.

You have to control yourself and NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! that is your problem- stress- whether it's conscious or not spikes your blood pressure and gives you rosy cheeks. You need to seriously chill.I had the same problem when I was younger, then I realized that I don't give a **** about impressing anyone- just be yourself-get it - charm everybody, you will catch on with practice-relax,I know you can work it out.

You may have rosacea. Go see your doctor or a dermatologist.
If you can't afford it, I know Eucerin makes a Redness Relief lotion that may help.

Why doest it embarrass you? Lot of girls and women wear red/pink makeup oh their cheeks to look young. If it is not your health problem, you should be proud of yourself with this natural beauty.
