Why are Christians always out to convert people? I wish you guys knew that the constant attempts to convert people is one of the biggest turn offs towards Christianity. You would probably get more people to convert if you weren't so damn pushy. Stop shoving your religion down peoples throats and let people decide and find out for themselves.

Well, firstly, it's really hard for anyone to convert another person--they have to decide for themselves. Secondly, if this person is Emo, s/he is probably in need of a friend (you) more than anything else. Why not try just befriending this person and let Christianity come into it later on? Many well-meaning Christians rush the conversion, as if they can get 'points' for the number of people they convert, instead of just chilling and becoming friends. Emo or not, people want to be cared for as they are, not converted to something that they may not be ready for.
Good luck!

First you need to pray for the Holy Spirit to guide you and also to inspire her for a Conversion is personal to each individual and also a matter of Choice since God created us with free will. The vvery best way to bring someone to God is by example ,to be a Christian so the people you come in contact with know there is a light within your spirit. Talk of your faith, for we all should do that anyway, to talk of our love for Jesus and if she shows interest then talk of why you are a Christian and what a Christian is. If by chance you are met with opposition and a rebellion against hearing of Christianity then you must not further insist for will only further drive the person away from your purpose but pray and be watchful for opportunities when you can inject a Christian thought and/or principle but do NOT Preach for is a turn off.

You can't convert someone. They have to want to convert. Try to have a casual conversation to assess how she feels about religion, but you can't MAKE someone have faith in something, that's ridiculous. Why do people feel like other people need to be "saved", maybe her relationship with God is fine the way it is.
And if it's a question of marriage, you absolutely do NOT have to be the same religion. That's also a ridiculous notion. People have interfaith marriages all the time, there are ways to do it without either person giving up what they believe.

please do not ever try to convert someone. think of it this way, would you want a muslim or a hindu coming over trying to convert you? No, didnt think so. Leave her alone to make her own decisions.
You could probably have some conversations with her about your faith, and how it has hurt you. maybe she will get curious and ask more questions from you, but do not force her in any way, shape or form. let her be.

Don't do it, let people follow whatever path they chose. If they see that you are a great person they might eventually convert without you doing anything. If you try to convert them you are just going to push them away, and they'll think you are a religious fanatic.
Just live and let live, if it's meant to be Jesus will touch their lives, if not, no matter how hard you try you won't accomplish anything.
Good luck

Wait til Easter or something, tell her you're taking her to a surprise and take her to church.
If she likes it, continue.
However, if she really doesn't like it, stop. You might end up breaking up your friendship.
Or you could invite her and your pastor to dinner and see how they work out and she could decide to convert on her own.
