The dizziness may be caused by temporary decreases in your blood pressure due to heat or exertion. This is called hypertension and it is a common side effect of alpha blocker drugs. This could be a sign that your dosage of the BP med is too high, and maybe even a sign that you arteries are starting to recover. You should ask your doc to see if he/she wants to lower the dose, or maybe try a different med, as someone else suggested. You may also need to switch doctors.

my husband was having this same problem and he switched his blood pressure meds and now he is fine. The medication may be causing you to become dehydrated. The bp meds your on now do not sounds right for you anyway. Your BP is still high.
He had to try several different meds until finding the right one.
Good luck with this

I really can't help you much, your BP is under control, everything seems to be fine, you might want to see a Neurologist and see if your brainwaves are normal. I used to faint too, no problems were ever dicovered and I grew out of it by the time I was 35.
