First, it is not a deficiency of some alien molecule. A deficiency of "B" vitamins can cause nervousness. If you have an infection it could cause things to be irritated. (Vitamin C might help in that case). Constipation can trigger parts of the nervous system by putting pressure on various things. ( I recommend a "salt flush" two heaping teaspoons of salt in two quarts of warm water taken at least 10 hours after eating food, to flush the digestive system)

Check the medications and vitamins you take. It could be that you need to find a natural method to overcome another medicine or supplement you take.
