She can't breeze threw her nose,I am that way some times and I am a older man.Tell her to get a humidifier it will help,might need to go to the Dr.to get her sinuses checked out.

I have when I have a bad cold and can't breath through my nose and the next morning my tongue felt like sand paper....eeww I hate that.

yes, especially when you have a cold and your nose is stuffy so you have to breathe through your mouth.
