No Rio de Janeiro Brazil is too far South to get Sirius reception.

However, you can sign up for Sirius Internet Radio and get Sirius over the internet.

You can also buy a Sirius Stilleto and get Sirius in your home using WIFI

Probably not. The look angles for the Sirius satellites are optimized for North and Central America. Brazil is probably too far south.
