I am getting ready to buy a car I've always wanted: a Saab 9-3 convertible. Anyone out there tried owning one of these beauties while still needing to drive 2 small kids? One is in a booster seat, the other is in a car seat? Is this do-able or am I pushing it? We live near the beach, so it'd be awfully nice-- but I'll do right by my kids, first!

Note: I've driven an eclipse, volvo wagon, durango, lexus Rx300, Tahoe, and most recently a Honda Odyssey. I am decidedly NOT a minivan driver but think that SUVs while cool are gas guzzling and excessive for me to just drive around town. I will probably drive the kids 1/2 of the time. Are there any Saab convertible owners out there?

I don't see a reason why not, go for it, in fact convertibles;es are really a little safer then regular cars as they are structurally built sounder
