I won't go to church or fellowship with other believers because I HATE his followers? I love Jesus but.............I hate his followers.

Would you damn me to hell? An old pastor once said this to me after his church divided and half his congregation left. I was one of the members who left. So can I still call myself a believer when I hate Christians from the bottom of my heart but love Jesus?

No, because I am the same way. Jesus is great, it's his followers I have a problem with. And i bet for the most part, he does too.

I came to Jesus in 1999 in the privacy of my bathroom.Jesus was with me then and is with me now.I do`nt go to church very often and I`m still as good of a Christian as the ones that snub me because they are always there. Many that attend church all the time become self righteous and look down on me and gossip. Now that I give it some thought I might be better off to stay away from that kind of people.Jesus`s church is the ones that follow him,not the buildings filled with people that wants to be seen by others.

I personally think you need to rewrite your question because you're just offending all the Christians in the world in a way.Well to your question. It says in the bible you can't hate anyone so instead of hating them just pray for them.I don't think all Christians should be held accountable for one pastor.Everyone is a sinner so just keep on believing in Jesus and hate no one.And in a way damning someone else to hell is like doing the same to yourself so.Treat others as you would treat yourself.

No, Jesus makes the statement, how can you say you love God but hate your fellow man. When the love of Christ is in your heart you see that same Spirit of Christ in others and it creates a bond. Perhaps you are expecting perfection in others and yet are you perfect? The Church is made up of imperfect people and that includes you. Christ died for the Church, He loves His followers and He is going to make us perfect someday until then we are to love one another. Hate is a very strong word to use against the family of God, which you claim to love God.

No, but God will. He commands us to go to church. This was not a suggestion that you go to church but a commandment. Most people do not think that they have to go to church and the ones that do go to the wrong church on the wrong day. Most religions spurred from the roman catholic religion because they did not agree with what the roman catholics were doing so they went off and did there own thing. This is why the roman catholic is, because they do not believe in Jesus, they say the do but there action speak differently.

first of all WE can NOT damn you to hell that is Gods business not ours ...now God says we need to fellowship with other believers but I am as you are sick to death of other believers in the church setting....so I have a prayer group I attend and I have times with other believers out side of church....the so called church is what is hurting Christianity....I believe God does frown upon the traditional church.....He wants us to love above all things...and they just don't...but that doesn't mean we cant....hang in there and find others like you and fellowship with them and share with them what the lord is showing you in your life.....find someone In your life who will hold you accountable to keep following Jesus ,, that's why we need to fellowship the most....so we don't get led astray...but you must learn to love Gods people...hate is against what God teaches and He does state in His word that Love is the most important thing we can do....we must forgive and move on....

I think if you love Jesus then you will do what he says. He says you must love him and love everyone else on earth unconditionally. You probably should especially love other Christians because we are all family. Jesus says loving him and other people are the two greatest commandments so as hard as it may be you have to love his followers too.

"Teacher, what is the most important commandment in the Law?"

Jesus answered: Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. This is the first and most important commandment. The second most important commandment is like this one. And it is, "Love others as much as you love yourself." All the Law of Moses and the Books of the Prophets are based on these two commandments. - Matthew 22:36-40

You were saved by faith in God, who treats us much better than we deserve. This is God's gift to you, and not anything you have done on your own. - Ephesians 2:8

The Almighty YHVH created this world very good. Once man sinned, he could no longer meet the requirements of YHVH. Because of His great love for man, He sent His son the Savior. The Savior's name means YHVH is my Savior!--YAHOSHUA! The only way one can have his sins taken care of is to invite the Savior in to carry them. If a person chooses to remain attached to their sins, they will be consumed in the cleansing fire the Almighty will send to cleanse this world so He can make it new! How could the Almighty be more generous? Churchianity is a pagan religion. Salvation is only available through YAHOSHUA!
