The closer you are to puberty, the more normal it is.
If you are in your 50s, I would expect you to have
fewer sexual dreams, but not none.
It may also have to do with sexual stimuli you
receive during the day, and what your bed and
bed clothing are like during the night.
However, hormones and puberty are the usual
culprits.
Perfectly normal.

A lot of people have sexual dreams, probably almost everybody. Nothing to worry about.

Of course it is normal sex is a big thing in a person's life. Maybe you just felt a little sexual or have a strong sex drive.
