Give all your money to me and then you will both be poor till death do you part.
Seriously though, always sign a pn, statistically the odds are not in your favor; would you like to gamble your money away? 51% divorce rate and counting...make sure you bring plenty of pens just in case...haha

Hi there.. I know it's a tough question to ask and wonder. But I think there is no problem in asking for a prenup with your given financial situation. I've been married before, and me & my exhusband were young and established everything from nothing. Now that I'm older, in my mid 30's, when my next one comes along, I will probably be more concerned with finances as you are. It will depend on the situation I guess. And you can always, maybe consider changing the status as the marriage goes along and you have years invested and maybe then drop the prenup. It's a hard one...but definitely put the thought into it.

Go for the pre-nup. Explain to him exactly why you want him to sign it and make sure you tell him that you plan for it to never be needed. But it will be very hard to regain that money if you lose it. If he loves you the way you think he does, he won't have much of an issue with it. Best of luck!

Protect your ASSets. I think the prenup is smart. I think it's funny, however, that when an alleged male asks this same question, the alleged women/girls all have a different answer than they do here so far:)

Very telling.

HELL NO!!! You need to protect your assets... you don't know how things are going to be in the long run, and if I was you I would wait until he gets out of debt, because once you two get married his debt is your debt, just like how his problems will be your problems

YOU SOUND FAIRLY SMART. SHE CANT TAKE ANY OF YOUR MARITAL ASSESTS. SHE CAN ONLY GET THE PERCENTAGE OF HIS INCOME THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN DECIDED. BUT YES A PRE NUP IS A MUST.
