THe easiest thing if you are not sure and only want a small change is this:
1. Add bangs(on inch thick, cut by an experienced stylist)
2. Take one- to one -and a half- inch off the occipital layers. This
will make the ends flip. If you hate it you can change it the next month back to the way it was. You may have to trim it straight accross first, (lose the straggly ones).
3. Do number 1 and number 2. :-)

Wow you sound just like me! I'm 13, 85 pounds, 5 feet, brown eyes, and long brown hair. So I'll just tell you what I do with my hair. (ps i have side bangs and wear my hair in a side part.)
1) Straighten it (with a flat iron) and leave it down.
2) Straighten it then clip my bangs up with a small clip.
3) Wear a headband and put all my hair up except my bangs (bangs are in front of the headband)
4) Wear a headband and put all my hair except my bangs into a braid on the side, but in the front (so u can see it from the front)
5) While my hair is still wet, I put gel in it and leave it in a big messy bun overnight. In the morning its all wavy and pretty.

I think that a good hairstyle for you would be just leaving it down. Also if you straighten it, it will silky and shiny. I hope this helps.

I used to have chestnut hair down to my waist when I was that age. Long and lovely is the best possible way to wear long hair---if it's straight, that is.

Jet black hair. I have really dark brown hair and I believe dark hair looks better. I don't really like blonde hair.

You should get a nice very very layered haircut with practically millions of layers (layer after layer). Make it look frenchy, like you're a french girl.

wear it half up sometimes...you can curl the bottom half, that always looks nice.
look in teen/ young teen magazines for ideas or girls on your favorite shows!
