I just think it would be fun to do a backflip with out being scared of falling. Im very flexible and limble so I think i should have no propblem. I just need a little help.

well first u might want to go to open gym and try it on a spring mat that will help but then u have to work youir way to the ground and there are people that can help u at the open gym

i can't tell if you want to do a frontflip or backflip, cuz your question and explanation say two different things. Regardless, the best way I can think of is at a gym(gymnastics) or by doing handsprings and then eventually without your hands.

hey i love doing frontflips! You might want to start by crouching down on a mat and roll foward with up both hands behind your neck. Once you get good at it stand up, run, and push your self with ur hands. I also learned this in my gym class lol
