all the books were written by Jewish authors. Luke was Jewish and helped to write Acts and Paul wrote the rest of the book of Acts.

i think that the only book of the New Testament that was written by a Gentile is the Book of Revelation.
It wasn't written by the apostle John because it was written several hundred years later.
but then again if your speaking of the King James Version of the Bible then the whole book was re-written by a Gentile.

"Jew" is from "Yahudim" meaning worshiper of YHVH. Since the Messiah came to make His Fathers name known, I would say that all of His followers were YAHUDIM.
