Yes, you can, but you will have to steep the new infusion longer since the original tea leaves are on their second round and therefore not as strong. Make sure your water is boiling when you pour it over already used leaves. Be patient and look for a darkening color in the new tea brew.

It really depends on the tea, most do well with resteeping and some even taste better after a few cycles.
When you go to try resteeping just extend the time by one or two minutes each time

Hi! You can use and reuse tea leaves as many times as you want. Most leaves will still have a lot of "stuff" in them after just one use. For example, most people use one tea pack or sachet for one cup of tea, then they dispose of it. I usually put one pack in 2 liters of water. My friend reuses his maté tea at least 10 times before throwing it away.
