is it possible to speak to someone about a tax problem you may have when you dont have enough to pay your bill in fed tax.i know someone who needs help in settling a debt to thge iris,but does not want to go through the entire process of forms and lawyers.any ideas

unfortunately with the irs there are always forms. if it is a current year return and they have filed all of the prior years tax returns they can simply request an installment plan go to

they can also contact the taxpayer advocate service the info for them is
