i live in los angeles and have been drinking arrowhead water for years. does anyone know is brita filtered water is just as good? it's much cheaper...but I don't know if it filters everything out? and i've heard not so great thing about bottled spring water. thoughts???

i would say filtered water is best, especially the ones that filter out alkaline and acidic water. your body needs alkaline water, not acidic, so you drink the filtered alkaline water and wash your body/clothes with filtered acidic water--truly helps :)

btw, bottled water isn't good either... plastic leaches into the water over time and you drink water+plastics--not at all healthy in the long run... hope these help--you can research for yourself if you're not convinced...

Whole-house filtration is better than brita or bottled water, for drinking water, reverse osmosis is much better. check this site for more info http://www.allaboutwater.org/
