Definitly hot in the winter. Occasionally hot in the summer. When I am going to be on the road in the summer I like the cold coffee drinks.

Ive been a barista for 5 years, I would guess I serve about 90% hot drinks in the winter and about 50% hot in the summer. Really depends on weather. On hot summer days I serve more cold than hot.
btw, ive been serving coffee so long I barely drink it anymore. time for a new job!

In the winter hot - French Roast with a touch of cream - freshly ground - freshly brewed - YUM!
In the summer iced - freshly brewed with a hint of Mocha and when I'm in a festive mood, some Valencia - also YUM!
