The exit rows and the first row of seats in coach.

Usually, the exit rows have the most legroom; the first exit row doesn't usually recline, but the second one does. Also, the bulkhead row (first row in economy) tends to have more legroom and full recline.
The amount of legroom/pitch/recline depends on the airline's specifications for the aircraft. Go to the airline's website for more information (search for their fleet info page). For information about seats on different airlines, go to SeatGuru.com. They have many different aircraft for many different airlines, and can help you to choose the best seat possible.

In any plane the seats with most leg room are the ones at the front and the ones over the wings, where the emergency exits are. But you need to be healthy enough to help open the doors if you wanna sit there.
