lol! This almost sounds like a joke. Like 'the christian and the Satanist met in a bar'.

But really, I think that, because most of the Satanists I've met don't have horns or other out-ward signs of Satan worship, the christian would treat the other with civility. When the Satanist came out of the 'broom closet' so to speak, it would depend on the said Christan's upbringing and personality. Some might say "you are going to hell" (which would likely make the Satanist laugh and say 'thank you'), some might pretend to be curious, only to mock the Satanist later, either behind his/her back, or to their face; Some Christians may even reply with "I'll pray for you!'; But the truly rare Christian would say "oh, okay. I'm cool with that. To each his own", and later go on to be friends with this person.

the christian and the satanist would be fine with one another until they reveal their religions towards eachother and that's the end of any friendship as the christian would either try to convert the satanist and piss the satanist off or the christian would be scared to death of the satanist and run for the hills rotflmao

The answer to this is all thorugh the Bible-- Cain and Abel,
Jacob and Esau, Moses and Balaam, Jesus and Judas Iscarot, yes a true Christian is a friend to all people not just Satanist.
You must remember the darkness makes the light of the Christian seem brighter.

Well, the answer to your question is, the Christian should. However, it all depends on what the satanist is doing and how strong in faith the particular Christian is.

Ha ha, that's a good one!

Of course, the true Christian would befriend the Satanist. Christians are taught to hate the sin, not the sinner. Nobody is beyond redemption.

What's more, the true Satanist would befriend the Christian. The more devout the Christian, the greater gift is his soul to the Dark One.

I don't make friends based on what the other person "believes" but rather on what the other person practises. If I do not like the behaviour of the other person, then that person will just never get on my friend list. We are not one-dimensional in our character. We are a multiplicity of things, of which personal belief is just one. I'm a health nut, but I suuuuuure would have missed out on a lot of great relationships, if I had struck off my list of potential friends, anybody who said he hated broccolli LOL
