Hi, I have a weird red spot right above the right side of my lip, close enough that it actually touches the lip and makes my lips look uneven. It isn't raised or irritated, it just gets annoying because I keep having to cover it up! I used to have 2 little red dots like this on my hand when I was younger, and they stayed there for a while. i don't know if this is the same thing, or if there's a way to get rid of it, but if anyone has any ideas please post them!

It could be many things. I would go to the doctor first.

They might be cold sores. Look up how to treat them on the internet.
