No, is the short answer. It is up to the business that you are dealing with. If they have an acct. with Amex then they will be able to take the card. If they do not, they cannot.

No it is not. Some places still do not accept AmEx.

Anywhere American Express is accepted, which is not everywhere.

No, I say this becuase i have never hear of this in my state of New Jersey so if i was you i would cancel it before something bad happends.
