get a torrent downloader, for example i use bitlord, http://bitlord.com/. then go to the website http://torrentspy.com/. search for the movie, then click the download button at the top, press open when a box comes up, and it will open up in bitlord (or w/e torrent program you decide to get). then it will start downloading. a hint for good quality is to search, or look for "DvDrip" because those are generally the best. hope this helps:)

bit torrents are going to be the best way to go... you need a client like uTorrent / Bit Comet etc...
then check sites like torrentspy / thepiratebay.org and so on
