Every night the last thing I remember is shooting through the universe way out there to I don't know with an excitement I cannot explain until I wake up tired however very happy : )

Everyone can mediate it is all in the deep breathing and stilling the mind it is only fear that is holding you back keep trying till you over come your fear it is the most exciting, relaxing and refreshing thing you will ever do .

I don't believe that I have had an astral projection. In the past five years, in between studying up on all different types of religions and practices, I have tried to astral project. It doesn't work. Part of me doesn't even believe that it is real. Just some peoples' wild imaginations.....

First of all, you cannot always do it on your own by free will. Some people call it "drifting off." Same thing. Have you ever "drifted off" and when someone taps on you or shakes a shoulder, don't you feel yourself coming back to where you left off? Astral projection! Last night, I had one. But I'd much rather keep it to myself. Any negative replies to that will just be wasted and ignored.
