You may want to call your dentist to check how everything is healing. Do you have any pain medication prescribed by the dentist who performed the extractions? Also, make sure you remove your temporary dentures at night to allow your gum tissue to breathe. These things take time, but soon you'll have a new bright smile!!

Well you just had a bunch of trauma in your mouth getting your teeth pulled. They are gonna be sore for a while, as for the sore spots, get your dentures adjusted at the dentist. In the mean time, go to the store (walmart or something) and get some Benzodent, its in the dental section, pain reliever for dentures and braces, its safe to put on the extraction sites and is an excellent pain reliever due to sore spots. I used this stuff and it made my recovery time much easier. And you might want to wait on your perms until your mouth is done healing.

You need to go back to the dentist and have tat area adjusted.
I am surprised he didn't tell you if you get sores to come in.
Meanwhile you can use Benzodent for the sores.
