No one would really know this but God and your doctor. but we can surmise as to what it maybe (smile). it sounds as if you may have a stomach virus or maybe a cold, the flu. whatever the case please make sure that you keep hydrated, you may want to avoid milk products, soft drinks, spicy foods etc.if it gets any worst you may need to see your physician, if it is stomach flu/virus it should pass within a couple day to a week. Hope you feel better. and please come back and let us know what happens.Good Luck

p s, maybe try a little chicken noodle soup or broth, to keep your strength up

Sounds like you have the flu. For the diarrhea you can take Immodium aka lorperimide which is available over the counter. For the nause try just broth, jello, soda crackers and up. Stay away from crowds until you are over the flu so you don't give it to someone else.

Best guess is that you have picked up a bug. Let it pass, don't eat food. Drink a lot of water. Take Charcoal in water. (The charcoal binds up the waste products of the bugs your body is killing, so the wastes don't make you feel so bad) Hopefully in a couple of days it will all be gone.
