Me and my boyfriend broke up a while ago. I still feel we are meant to be together and are perfect for each other. He's going through some confussing stuff right now and I want to help him but since I'm now his ex I feel like I should back off and let him deal with the stuff on his own. But he won't talk to anyone and he seems to be really sad when he's not with his friends. He dosn't really talk or look at me anymore. I want him to be happy. I'm not quite sure if he's okay or not but he dosn't seem okay. Should I just give him time or should I tell him I'm there for him?

Let him know that if he needs you, your there. But leave it as that. Don't push it. Give him space. He may just need to go through this on his own right now. If he wants help with what he's going through, let him know he can turn to you. But don't push it or you'll just push him farther away.

I think that you should let him know that you are still there for him, in spite of what happened between the two of you. Once you have done this, then the rest is up to him. If he wants your help....he will let you know. But no matter whether he wants your help or not,.....you have to move on with you life. If you two are really meant to be together, then it will happen....

I might slip him a card and let him know that you are thinking about him, and that if he ever needs anyone you are always willing to be availabe. Leave it at that. If he needs you, he will come to you.

If i were you i would try and talk to him and just try and be there for him if he lets you. Just explain to him you want him to be happy and you want to help, n if he needs someone to talk to that your there for him.
