ok, so people gave me a few answers, so if u arnt dore after u work out u didnt work out hard enough but i work out for like 1 1/2 5 times a week, and i do it with as much a si can handle but im still not sore wat am i doing wrong

You probably need to change your routine. Your body has gotten use to the same excercises and it's not responding. Add more weights or do a diferent circuit. Get a trainer to help you.

you're doing it right, being sore just means that you aren't working out with proper form. keep it up and you should be seeing result faster that those who do it wrong

You might want to explain more of what you do, or talk to a person at a gym, etc.
