Will putting hair spray and other hair products in your hair mess up your hair, or make it grow slower.

It's never had a bad effect on my hair, it grows like a weed and I have to have my short style trimmed at least once a month.

The best way to keep your hair shiny and healthy is to NOT put tons of products in it, such as hair spray. And don't blow-dry it unless you have to. I don't know if it will make your hair grow slower, but if you want it to grow well, then try using a good repairing shampoo and conditioner from Dove. Let your hair grow without putting hairspray and tons of other stuff in it and get it trimmed every few months to get off the nasty split ends that grow on the bottom.

not that I know of..but just make sure you wash your hair b4 u go 2 bed. And dry it. don't use too much hair sprays and gels and stuff. I never liked hair wax or gel cuz they're nasty. makes my hair feel abnormal, and go hard. and gel makes yr hair greasy. hair spray -if it gets wet, then it turns white so it might look like daindrop. eweeee~ try wax or oily-proguct by kerasys(?) really nice. less is more. I think natural looking hair is more attractive than those that don't

No, hair products like hairsprays, gels, moouse, ect. will not ruin or slow the growth of your hair. If your talking like hair dye, or highlight kits, they should be fine unless they have peroxide or ammonia in them.

whaile it does matter on----what you use on your haire----some of the productes do work and some do not work for your haire----so it is going too take some time to grow right--on anything that---you are useing tho
