I asked the guy i'm madly in love with if he feels like he's in love with me and he said, "I don't know. I can't get you out of my head and I have these crazy feelings..." What the hell does that mean?

Means he's just as confused as you are. There's no rush. Just go with it. Enjoy life, enjoy each other. Many guys are very hesitant to use the "love" word unless you're in a really intimate situation. Don't pressure him and keep the lines of communication open.

Sounds like he is trying to make sure he loves you , before he admits to it. Which is not a bad thing, because when he does say it to you, you will know he really means it.

exactly what he said he doesn't know if he is in love with you. It sounds like he's confused about how he feels for you. It could be love or it could be lust. only time and him figuring out what his feeling are will tell.
