First off, he needs to respect you and if you say you're not ready, he needs to listen. No is no, and that's all there is to it. Tell your bf that he needs to keep his hands to himself.

Just get some distance. I kow your heart may not want to. But he needs to be shown a lesson. Tough Love is tough. But it does get results. If he's THAT immature. You may wanna take your Heart, elsewhere.
