I left it out over night not knowing it had to be refridgerated? Is it still ok to use?

This instructions are normally written on the medicine pack.
If the room temperature is not more than 30º C its OK - no damage to the medicine. However its always better to get confirmed from the doctor or the druggist.

Cephalexin suspension has to be store in the refridgerator and shook before use. The auxillary labels should have that information.

Call the Pharmacy.......I would say it's no longer good. There should of been a label on it that said needs refrigeration. You'll end up having to buy more, or, if they're nice perhaps they'll refill it for free. Good luck ~~~~~~

cephalexin doesn't need to be refridgerated, i don't care what the pharmacy tells you it should be ok to use it.
