2.Bloodstone (I received some feedback that the 'blood' might be off putting to some, but the target audience is for those who want a little adventure or may be intrigued, not off put by it so maybe it would help weed out those who may not enjoy themselves there)

You guys seemed to really like the "Rose" part, so it's incorporated into each name. I liked the idea of putting Medieval into the name, but that may seems to exclude my goth and renaissance folks. I want something inclusive of these alternative type groups that still conveys something different and special. Dark, mysterious, entertaining, great food, different.

Well, of your possible names, I'd have to say Ivory Rose.....but
Medieval gothic says towers to me, so try
Black Towers
Ivory Towers
Towers of Bloodstone etc.

I like Ivory Rose. Lot's of couples would come because it sounds kind of romantic, and little wilder people would come because it sounds really exotic. It also makes the restaurant sound a little dark, mysterious, and kind of gothic. I would TOTALLY go there!!
