Someone needs to take a good long look at this popular type of food. It's almost as if the press gives fruit a free ride.

No I dont think that fruit is overrated , and as far as I'm concerned the"press" dont give anywhere near as much "press time" to fruit as they all the junk foods ,carbonated drinks ,fast food outlets,( and the toys and all the fancy ads that go with them . If the "press" were to spend as much time and money as they do on the before metioned we may have a healthier world to live in , without so mant obese people putting things into their bodies that they dont even know what those things are made from!!!!!!

Did you look through mercola's website and it made you think that?Fruits are always on the top ten list of health foods and contain antioxdants which help you live long.I don't think fruits can be bad for you.Milk is way worse and it gets way more free ride than fruits, how often do you see Got Fruit commercials, maybe once in while you'll see a Five-A-day commercial but that's it,alot of kids think they need milk for strong bones and it is the only source of calcium.I don't see why we have a milk group on the food pyramid, except the fact that the dairy industry helps supply those nutiritional guidelines all around schools.
