Depending on the degree curvature, one will not be able to correct scoliosis. A person will be able to strengthen the back muscles relieving some of the pain that may be associated with the condition, but it will not go away just through yoga.

You wouldn't be able to tell from these pictures. A trained medical person knows what and how to look at you and what specific signs they are looking for. If you think you have scoliosis, see your doctor. The doctor will take your history to see if there is any family history of scoliosis, if you have had any pain, weakness, or other medical problems. The doctor will do a physical to looking at the curve of the spine from the sides, front, and back. You'll need to undress and bend over and touch your toes. The doctor is looking at body symmetry to see if the hips and shoulders are at the same heigh, is there a rib hump, visible rotation. A diagnostic X-ray is used to measure how large of a curve is present. You don't list your age, but middle school screening programs are conducted to identify cases of scoliosis early. This allows people to be treated with either observation or bracing and avoid the need for surgery in many cases. What were your results? Follow-up if any?

No. Yoga and stretching, etc. will probably make it better but it won't cure it.
