Is there any way to change the pre-loaded music that comes on when Windows loads up?

I have WIndows XP, and this 3 or 4 seconds of so called "music" comes on when the program loads. Personally I find it so annoying that I always turn the sound down or off. My question...is there any way at all to change this music that comes on when Windows loads? I would love to load up something completely different.

yes you can you go to sounds and multimedia then windows sounds then click on the sound you want to change then brouse for the file you want to change it to
