Try this recipe its really great.
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cup margarine cut into small pieces (room temp. if making by hand)
1 cup buttermilk
pinch of salt
put all ing. in food processor or mixer and process until forms a ball of dough put the dough in a plastic bag and place in the fridge for 1/2 hour (up to 48 hours) this makes the dough more pliable. cut the dough in half and roll out I top with
5tbspn tomato sauce
1&1/2 tsp onion powder
1& 1/2 tsp paprika
garlic powder and oregano to taste mix and set aside
4 ozs mozzarella
4ozs parmesan cheese
spread tomato sauce then top with cheese bake on 375* for 20 to 30 min.
top with whatever you like. Just so you know I make this dough by hand since my processor is small and quite old I don't want to break it . I'ts really easy.

* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon dried oregano
* 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
* 2 eggs, lightly beaten
* 2/3 cup milk
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet.
2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until crust is set.
4. Remove crust from oven. Drizzle on pizza sauce and sprinkle on cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes.

As long as you're making thin crust pizza...it will work. Follow the same recipe.
I did that once by accident. I just plain forgot the yeast.....
It came out okay...crust was a little harder than usual. But it was definitely edible!
