I have a 8-track player in my car I would like to keep it all Orignal and add a newer version like a cd player in the glove-box or under the seat or if i build a console for the middle put in there???

you can run new speakers or you can splice the old speakers lines and then just hook the ground (black wire) to a ground source on your vehicle. Hook the pos 12v (Usually red wire) to the battery or a fuse that is constant. Hook the att (Usually yellow or orange) to a fuse that shuts off when you turn off the ignition (i.e. windshield wipers). Make sure every stripped wire is clamped with a connector or wrapped in electrical tape. And then you should be good.

You can but a stereo/CD changer for classic cars that are completely hidden under the seat, trunk, etc. It is operated by a handheld remote control and uses a small led pick-up mounted under the dash (the size of a pencil eraser). Pick up a magazine about vehicle restroations and/or hot rodding. Pleanty of advertisers in there.

put in in the glovebox. www.myclassiccar.com has good ideas and examples of were to get radio kits. Custom Autosound is the company you want for hidden radios speakers, cd changers amps, etc under the seat in the trunk under the dash etc.

there should be lots of room under the dash to hide a mp3 player or an ipod
