you know that is something every one in the world has to face someday, so many PEOPLE I loved have died my parents' grandparents, aunts an uncles, they had to face it 'and someday I WILL TOO , just don't know when, but my faith in God helps, and I believe in life after death, and you can't sit and worry about dieing or you will be miserable , some live to be a , 100, just get on with your life AND take one day at a time and do the best you can with what ever time GOD GIVES YOU.and pray and have faith. God will be with you when that time comes some day. hopefully you will have many many years, and try to stop worrying about what hasn't;t happened yet .

I've never been afraid of death...maybe it's because I'm basically realistic and am aware that we all die at some point. Or maybe it's because I don't fear "meeting my maker" or finding out what (if anything) is on the other side. And I've seen many scary things in my life...but still don't fear.

First, don't cross that bridge until you come to it.
Facing the fear of death only comes once....right before you die.
If you are wondering about doing dangerous things and worrying about dying, don't do those things.
I won't fly or get on a boat for that reason. I am not ready to die...I have a baby now and I would rather not be the one in a million who dies from a plane trip.

awww hon...i feel so bad for you:(
everyone comes to point in thier life where they come face to face with the truth of thier mortality. its a tough one!
first of all...give yourself a break from the present panic by taking a look at your family longevity. ( there is a formula to look at using the ages of your parents and grandparents ages at death but i cant remember the formula) anyway...chances are you have along time yet to live. of course...anything is possible. the best advice i have for you is an idea i am trying to use in any area of my life that i have worry...."dont worry until there is a real reason to." in other words.....dont spend the good moments of your life fretting about what COULD happen... absorb all the good that is happening NOW! dont waste a minute of this time on worrying about the future.worrying wont do a damn bit of good anyway will it?
make a graditude list and post it on your fridge. look at it every day and add to it whenever you feel you should!
fear is a thief...dont let it rob you!
all the best xox

I just had my 63rd bday 3days ago. I figure that i have 20 good years left, IF I'm lucky. Yes i could died anytime now.
How do i face it? I live each day and try to have fun. I don't get upset over little things anymore. it's not worth it. I know i cannot control other people, so i accept stuff that would really bother me
I also feel that there has got to be something else........

lol if somebody is terrified of spiders and that they got here across a tarantula i do no longer think of they might somewhat die than face it. persons are distinctive and relies upon on how they manage circumstances. many people have a worst concern that are no longer approximately themselves yet approximately those they love, somebody they might lose and wont be waiting to stay devoid of. so my answer may well be definite i might somewhat die than face my worst fears. (by employing the way my worst concern isn't assembly a spider or ageing or something like that). hahaha by employing the way i watched that coach too!!! have been given me thinking

the fear of dying is questioning your face. Death is another step to eterna life. You can face the fear of dying by working every day in being ready to meet the Savior.

I have heard in the past "The day we are born, we begin to die" I'd suggest maybe going to church and preparing yourself for death. Most peoples fear of dieing is because they are not sure what is going to happen in the after life, so some people turn to their church to comfort them for the unknown.
