The word is ILLEGAL ALIEN not undocumented and they already do.
Please take note that the Democrats voted overwhelmingly against the House enforcement only bill and overwhelmingly for the Senate's amnesty bill. Ever hear of Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Boxer and Nancy Pelosi? all from the bay area of California where San Francisco is a sanctuary city. Who do you think picks the grapes in Nancy's vineyards? Oh that's right, they are not illegal, they just forgot to pick up the proper "documents" on the way in.
How about "one bill" Gil Cedillo or Joe Baca?

To answer the question NO they do NOT deserve political representation but they have it in spades.

You mean illegal immigrant or illegal alien, undocumented worker is like calling a burgler a uninvited house guest and is an insult to anyone with a bit of brains.

No they do not deserve anything but to be prosecuted for their crimes and deported.

It never ceases to amaze me the screwed up sense of entitlement some people have.

Civil rights are literally not equivalent to human rights and could no longer be perplexed with them. us of a provides all and multiple human rights. Civil rights are issues that would want to easily accept to those who're prepared to make the attempt to change right into a citizen. have you ever tried to get rights equivalent to those of the different united states of america? no longer gonna ensue. you hit upon me one united states of america that enables human beings to stroll precise accross it is borders devoid of any type of paper paintings and then permits that human being to vote. No, they're undocumented so they should be treated as if they don't exist in this country. They deserve no representation. Actually, they sould all be deported, but since that won't happen, the best thing to do is ignore them and treat them like they don't exist.

Joe:
In our country only the people that vote and are citizens deserved the right to have political representation, other than that ,NO! The only right the illegals deserved is the right to be treated fair within our laws. In other words, if the laws say that they are here illegally, they have to be round up and deported. if the law say that is a crime to hired illegals, then the law have to go into these companies and round up all the illegals, put them in jail and then deported them and to the companies file criminal charges against them. So you see everybody in the USA have rights, now is up to us the American citizens to demand from our government to execute them. And to the political representative that don't do as the law required then we apply our right to vote against them. So you see, everybody have rights, different rights.

No! But they are getting it! Congress persons from states such as Texas, California & Florida seem to be doing just that when they try to justify having them in the country by saying that we need them to do jobs that Americans won't do! Americans won't do jobs for .35 cents an hour which is what they want to pay!

When members of Congress take up an issue in the house, they are no "representing" anyone. They take up an issue for discussion because it is important and it affects the nation.
