She doesnt have anywhere to go and her father and brother are pretending like it didnt happen. does anyone have advice on what she should do to get herself out of this situation?

She should press domestic violence charges against her mother and get her own place.

Even if she was to call a help line they are going to get the police involved but the thing is if she has no where to go The police or Help line investigator will put her in a place where she can live with other girls around her age, they also give her clothes and schooling supplies, and some times they'll give you money to help the people there out a Little more

She can move out...notice you are asking this question not her. Maybe she likes people to think of her as a victim, maybe she wants people to feel sorry for her. Otherwise why does a 19 year old girl stay in an abusive situation? If she wanted to make changes she could. It's about helping yourself, no one can do it for you. She has a chance to leave every day and she doesn't.
100 percent dependent on your mom when your 19????? Its sounds like she is willing to get beat up as long as her mom keeps her in money.
It's called work, see people who don't want to get their *** kicked by abusive parents WORK and pay thier own way through life.

She should be able to go to a shelter for abuse victims. If you are a good friend you will get on it and find her a place to go. Of course, you can't make her go. Does she attend school? Maybe a counselor can help her. Or a free clinic. If she goes there for her injuries they could help her find a new home. She probably is worried about not having any place to go. Good luck!

Im from Ontario Canada too i don't be attentive to approximately different international places yet Canada takes attack inflicting actual harm extreme she would be able to be charged & convicted of attack inflicting actual harm Do you restraining order before she is going to penal complex as she isn't available if she in penal complex If she is already needed by police then she would be able to stand in spite of rates she had and if there's a warrant for her arrest she wont be launched out of custody. Her new rates of attack she could be sentenced to 3 months in penal complex accompanied by probation. What she is needed for I cant answer what punishment she would be able to acquire as i don't be attentive to what she might needed for

She needs to call the police and get medical help if necessary. Their are places she can go if needed be like for instance a shelter if their are no alternative solutions for her.

ask her why her mom beat her and if it wasn't a good reason then you should definitely call child services. Imagine if her mom beat her death next week. You'd regret that you didn't get her help earlier.

Sounds like she needs to get a job and get out of there. She's old enough to live on her own.
