Alot are overpriced. Just look for one that is well made, adjustable for when they grow and easy to clean. We just used a clip on chair that connects to the edge of the table. This was easy to use, didn't take up much room and we could take it with us when we went to visit friends. When our daughter outgrew it we picked up a second hand chair for next to nothing. There's no point buying everything new when there is so much out there that has hardly evr been used.

I got the Fisher Price Healthy Care High Chair and I love it......it reclines, adjustable height, 5 point harness for keeping baby in safely, has the pummel to prevent sliding, and the actual tray has a divided tray that snaps on top of it. so you can put the food right on the baby's tray. when he/she is done eating, you can just pop the divided part off and throw it in the sink or dishwasher. I bought mine pre-owned for $25 and it is good as new.

Easy to clean
And having a cushioned seat that reclines.
Also it should be sturdy
And the ones with toy attachment are nice to have for when they are old enough to be occupied by toys :)

It really depeneds what your needs are. You can get reviews on just about any type out there you just have to look. The brand I always find to be the best is Graco.
