agencys cost are too high 16,000 to 35,000 thats rediculous.we are willing to support the birth mother during the pregnacy and pay all legal cost.We have a web page but havent got much responce in past few months it family4urbaby.com how else shuld we get the word out?

Is Missouri an agency required state? If so, you need to go through an agency in order to legally adopt.
If the fees are too much, perhaps look into an independent adoption. That is where you take on the job of finding a birthmother, instead of the agency doing it for you. That will save you a good chunk of money.
Have you placed ads in the local paper? Or even neighboring city papers? You can also place ads online like at http://www.adoptads.com it costs a fee, but a lot of people have great success with that site.

Churches are great place to go to also. That is how a friend of mine adopted. Since most pregnant moms go to confide in and ask for help. Goodluck
