nicely their Emperor had already surrendered the previous month. The preliminary reaction replaced into to hold out and combat to the loss of life. He later replaced his ideas and universal the Emperor's selection. i assume there replaced into extra honor in serving his emperor's needs than dieing in a lost reason. As for why Singapore, the British had planned to retake the city earlier the resign. the eastern seventh area military replaced into based in Singapore. i assume it made experience to do it there, I extremely have a suspicion that the British staged it there to maintain slightly face from having lost Singapore in 1942 and suffering the main important resign of British led troops in background.
