Do you see a therapist? You might want to, if you current fears about death, which that's what it seems to be, could cause some recurrent fear from the molestation when you were 10. This could cause you to have trouble your whole life, even though you are loosing weight, it might not be good, you could develop an eating disorder or a mental illness, I recommend seeing someone.
Hope this helps.

When you dove in the pool, you didn't mention if you hit your head. only that you hit the floor. If you blacked out, it sounds like your head was hit. Head injuries can take days to manifest themselves. If I were you my first instinct would be to see a doctor. Your brain governs all your muscles in your body. If you are having problems with your arm, you can't ignore it. Sometimes after a traumatic hit on the head, you could have a very small, slow bleeding in the brain. Don't take this too lightly and I don't think abuse has any ting to do with your problem. Just to stay on the safe side, please see a doctor SOON.

Um.....Ok. You fell in the pool. Luckily you didn't get knocked out and drown. You are ALLOWING the incident to traumatize you.....not the other way around. You can't use your abuse from 6 years ago to rule your life. I hope you have been getting therapy for this--or you are never going to have a normal life. Go out and do some volunteer work with a woman's shelter. A lot of those women have been abused and you could really help each other.

woah, this sounds serious. first i would go to the doctor and make sure you didn't injure yourself, then i would think about speaking with a psychologist.
