I have played a lot of sports over the years. A lot of Church softball. Of course we would love winning it's more fun... But when we prayed it was for strength to do our best, and safety for the players.. Jim

The one with the better team.
I'd have my money on the team of the guy who prayed less and coached more. God helps those who help themselves, right?

Prayer is not like going to a convenience store....you do not automatically get what you ask for....I really do not think the God would concern himself to much with the outcome of a game....

God is no interested with such frivolous sports, those prayers are useless, just wasting time for Him and for those foolish who are playing.
