Dear god I couldn't imagine anything worse, ignoring for a moment that Pagans and New Age followers on the whole are vastly different and far from all being 'love & light'. You do tend to realise after a few years being within the community that Pagans are often the most intolerant/prejudice religious groupings you are likely to find both towards each other and towards other faiths.
As for Wicca specifically, who is going to say who is Wicca and who is not considering Wicca is such a small religion but everyone with an interest in magic seems compelled to call themselves Wicca – it wouldn't exactly be living in harmony if you are surrounded by people who use your religion as a fad, Wicca, Neo-wicca and Fluffy Bunny's tend not to get online at the best of times, but in a specific town all together, geeze I'd hate to think of the witch wars.
Then there is the simple point that segregation is not a good thing, we are considered tolerant because in theory we accept other faiths for the most part, we would be good people to accept other religions and be able to live side-by-side with other faiths, learning form one another, not segregating ourselves from them, what would that achieve exactly? It certainly would not increase our knowledge pool to cut ourselves off from fully experiencing and knowing other faiths from our neighbours.
We are all perfectly capable of all these things as we are now, the idea of a 'Wiccan town' is redundant and detrimental to the things that you mention.

Nice idea in theory. However, based on my experiences with groups, not possible in reality due to the fact that there are ego trips and power plays among the Wiccan population just like there are in any other group of people, unfortunately.

it would become the target of much vandalism and several attacks.
it would appear to be isolationist and would quickly be labeled a cult.
it would give us community, but cut us off from the rest of the world. i learn a lot about other religions from my Jewish/Christian/and Muslim neighbors. and it is these people that allow me hope for the future of the world. if everyone that i was around shared my point of view life would be boring, and it would become very easy to be afraid of other religions, and racist towards them. it would also be very easy for stereotypes to take hold and create a higher amount of racism and fear.
i like diversity.

Because it goes against fair housing laws.
You wouldn't want to be denied a place to live for being Wiccan, and neither would I.

Check out Cassadage in central Fla. It is a town of spirituilaists so it would not be so different. Many are witches.

I would love it. I love the Wicca chairs. IKEA is good but a real Wicca town would be the place I would go for all my furniture needs.

We're supposed to take care of this world, not seperate ourselves from it.
