How do you get rid of pimples and zits on your back? (and face)?

Yeah... got some on my back... not alot on the face... some on the back...

there are some fantastic findings with light therapy. It kills the bacteria that causes the problem & is not to expen$ive.I saw it in the San Bernardino Sun' mag on 02-04-07.
