No, it doesn't work that quickly. Its effects build up gradually. You need to take these consistently to get full benefit. And they definitely DO help!

Glucosamine works on gluten reactive arthritis. It glues itself to the parts of gluten that damage cells and give arthritis and other problems. It definately helps but is not 100% effective. Keeping your diet as natural (and yummy) as possible has incredible benefits if you are willing to stick at it. Others have found that too much cows milk makes their pain worse. Remember each body is different. Hope you feel better.

Its normal for beginners. Because you just started running about a week ago for the first time in a few years. So it will take may be couple of days for the sore to go away. I also used to get sore for the first few days. But once you continue to do running, it will be perfectly allright. Atleat run 15 mins a day. When you start your run always begin in a slow speed, after some time speed up. Once you started to feel you are getting tired, slow down.. I hope these little tips will help you.. Good luck....

If it does work for you it would take longer than a couple of minutes for it to work. It has to get to the stomach, get broken down and then be taken up into the blood stream.

Essentially it may or may not work for you. What is commonly recommended is that you try it for 60 days. If you notice a difference than continue to take it. If you notice no difference then stop taking it - no sense in wasting your money.

not in a couple of minutes, but they do have some anti-inflammatory effects that may account for the pain relief, similar to advil. But the effects of actually helping to slow degeneration have not been proven.

Some studies show benefit to this combination of alternative compounds. But no, it usually doesn't work that fast. Some of my patients really swear by it.

There is no good scientific evidence that it works. But if it makes you feel better, it won't hurt. It's not supposed to work that fast though.
