Do women need good social skills to get dates as much as guys do?

yes indeed. there is nothing worse than a good looking girl with a messed up attitude or personality

Well ,it isn't so much your gender as much as who you are trying to date. Generally, there are many men out there who easily are attracted just by good looks and, well, sex appeal, it is part of the programming of the male brain. Straight women are more programmed to look for a good father for their children, again, just part of the programmign of the female brain, so they are looking at looks, personality, and more characteristics than straight women tend to do. It is considerbly harder to stereotype homosexual/bisexual standards because they are apart from the programming of the human brain, not that there is anything wrong with that, I have nothing agaisnt them at all, it just makes them harder to stereotype, probabally a good thing. Of coruse, it really depends on the person. Overall though, good social skills never hurts anybody in the world of dating, especially since if you didn't have any social skills at all, you wouldn't BE dating in the first place.

yes. definitely. I don't really go after man's looks too much. I'd go with their personality.
